Marketing Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

At North Actionsports Group, home to iconic watersports brands like North Kiteboarding, North Foils, North Windsurfing, and Mystic, we’re driven by a passion for innovation, performance, and adventure. To keep our brand storytelling strong and consistent across the world, we’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join our team.

As Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of the Marketing team, ensuring that ideas turn into beautifully executed campaigns, delivered on time, on brand and on budget.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, E-commerce, Sales, B2B, Creative, and Social teams to align timelines, manage deliverables, and keep every project running smoothly from initial brief through launch and beyond.

This role is perfect for a hyper-organized multitasker who loves fast-paced environments, thrives on collaboration, and has an authentic passion for action sports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    • Lead the planning, coordination, and rollout of 360° seasonal product launch campaigns.
    • Manage cross-functional creative workflows (content, graphic design, video, social) to ensure all assets are delivered on time and on brand.
    • Create and maintain campaign calendars, critical paths and production schedules, ensuring all timelines are respected, milestones met and delays proactively addressed.
    • Establish go-to-market launch timelines and ensure all touchpoints (web, social, retail, trade, B2B) align with the launch date.
  • Project Management & Cross-Team Coordination:
    • Facilitate information flow between teams to guarantee all launch touchpoints and stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
    • Establish and maintain effective processes and work-flows: document scopes, deliverables, timelines, dependencies and post-launch reviews.
    • Lead cross-departmental check-ins and ensure teams are briefed, resourced and prioritised appropriately.
  • Media & PR Support:
    • Coordinate with Media and PR teams to share assets, confirm release timings, and support editorial/global partner outreach.
    • Ensure consistent messaging, launch timing and coordination across all external channels and ambassador initiatives.
  • Product Information & Asset Management:
    • Work with the Product team to verify that all technical information, visuals and packaging details are accurate, consistent and ready ahead of deadlines.
    • Maintain up-to-date product information across systems and ensure supporting materials (sales kits, trade visuals, dealer tools) are organized and accessible.
  • Performance & Optimization:
    • Track campaign performance, gather insights and prepare reports for internal teams.
    • Evaluate on-time delivery metrics, budget performance and resource utilisation.
    • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements and strengthen workflow efficiency, especially focusing on timeline adherence and launch readiness.
  • Problem Solving & Innovation:
    • Proactively identify potential roadblocks, particularly those that threaten timeline or budget, and provide clear, resourceful solutions.
    • Champion continuous improvement: evaluate existing processes and implement enhancements (for example utilising AI tools or workflow automation) to increase agility and on-time performance.
    • Own the campaign timeline-process from brief through launch and post-launch review: you are the “owner” of the schedule and key deliverables.

 REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or project management.
  • Strong organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple timelines concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with creative, digital and product teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable leveraging AI tools or digital workflow management platforms to streamline processes.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • A genuine passion for watersports, Kiteboarding or Foiling experience/interest is essential.
  • Must be authorized to work in the Netherlands (no visa sponsorship available).

WE OFFER

  • A competitive salary and pension scheme.
  • Working in a dynamic, fast-growing organization active in more than 70 countries.
  • Attractive staff discounts on our products.
  • Annual staff outing and monthly Thursday drinks.
  • Company lunch, gym, and wellness options (boxing, massage, table tennis, table football, and pool billiards).

Creative Designer & Content Creator

About The Role

At North Actionsports Group, home to North Kiteboarding, North Foils, North Windsurfing, and Mystic, we live and breathe the water. Our mission? To inspire riders everywhere with gear that performs, stories that connect, and visuals that make you want to drop everything and get out there.

We’re on the lookout for a Creative Designer & Content Creator who’s as obsessed with clean design and bold ideas as we are with the perfect session. You’ll be the visual voice of our brand — the guardian of our style, tone, and storytelling — making sure everything we share feels unmistakably North.

From crafting scroll-stopping social posts and slick YouTube thumbnails to designing trade and educational materials that look as good as they ride, you’ll bring creativity, clarity, and energy to every project.

If you’re passionate about design, fluent in visual storytelling, and can talk kerning and kites in the same sentence — we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the brand guardian — protect and evolve the North look, feel, and tone across every touchpoint.
  • Create high-quality, eye-catching content for:
  • Socials (Instagram, YouTube thumbnails, digital campaigns)
  • DPS and editorial layouts in magazines
  • Conceptualize and produce educational and trade materials like Product Books, Sonar Foils Rider Guide, and Schools Guide
  • Event and retail assets (posters, banners, POS displays, flags)
  • Keep our visuals fresh and aligned with both the brand’s values and the latest design and content trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and product teams to bring campaigns and launches to life.
  • Stay plugged into what’s happening in the industry — from design and media trends to board sports culture.
  • Maintain organized creative libraries and templates that keep our visuals running as smooth as a downwinder.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar.
  • 3+ years of creative design or content creation experience (bonus points if it’s in sports, outdoor, or lifestyle brands).
  • A killer portfolio showing your design flair and attention to detail. Please share it while applying.
  • Advanced skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign…),.
  • A sharp eye for layout, typography, and storytelling that moves people.
  • Self-starter energy — you bring ideas, not just tasks.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Most importantly: a love for the water — Kite, Foil, Surf, or Windsurf — you get the vibe, the people, and the lifestyle.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary and good pension scheme.
  • Work in a fast-growing global company active in over 70 countries.
  • Staff discount on our products (yes, that includes your next quiver).
  • Company lunch, gym, and wellness perks (boxing, massage, table tennis, pool, and more).
  • Annual staff trips, monthly Thursday drinks, and an office full of riders and creatives.
  • Space for creativity, personal growth, and real impact on a global stage.

Location: HQ Katwijk (NL)

Please apply only if you’re based in the Randstad area and you don’t need to be sponsored for a work visa.
