We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our brands in our sales expansion.

As a Sales coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the NAG Global sales operations. You will collaborate closely with our regional sales teams to ensure seamless sales support and exceptional service for our wholesale partners. You will be a key liaison in the order-to-cash process, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all stages. Your responsibilities will include providing support across all sales functions, specifically for our brands: North Kiteboarding, Foiling, Windsurf, Surf, SUP, and Mystic Waterwear and Lifestyle.

The Role:

What will you do?
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels. Through self-developed reports, you will be able to timely identify shortages so that our customers never miss out on products. In addition, you will have the opportunity to shape the procurement process in a way that better aligns with customer needs.

You will be part of the supply chain department, where you will have daily contact with the supply chain coordinators. Furthermore, you will work closely with our sales coordinators to better anticipate market demand. Lastly, you will act as the liaison between the product development team and the supply chain team, ensuring there are no discrepancies regarding prices in the system and independently managing the procurement of new products.

  • Prepare reports and analyze inventory
  • Generate purchasing advice for all four brands
  • Allocate items between our various warehouses
  • Purchase semi-finished products required for assembling final products
  • Create both commercial and operational forecast files used for decision-making
  • Implement changes to master data in the ERP
  • Advise management on potential improvements regarding purchasing and distribution

Who are you?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in (Commercial) Economics, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • At least 3-5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written
