WEBSHOP SPECIALIST

40 hours a week (fulltime)

We are looking for a well-organised webshop specialist that will be responsible for the content and performance of the websites for the four brands within North Actionsports Group: Mystic, North Kiteboarding, North Windsurfing & North SUP. You will coordinate with digital designers, copywriters, product developers and external agency specialists to optimise the websites in various ways. You are able to independently make data-driven decisions on what optimisations should be made, whether it’s content/UX improvements, enhancing shipping/payment options or optimising performance of google ads campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the website content for the four NAG brands: You optimise the content for the whole customer journey of our most important customer groups.
  • You work on projects to optimise the performance of the webshops, mainly by making use of the available optimisation features within the Shopify platform and related apps/plugins.
  • From your experience with Google Analytics, you are able to build reports to monitor performance and gather insights that can be used to determine optimisations and projects.
  • You plan your work based on our marketing calendar; a combination of big season launches (2x per year per brand) and year-round marketing campaigns.

Essential skills

  • You have 3-4 years of experience working with websites and webshops.
  • You have experience working with content management systems and Google Analytics.
  • You have knowledge of SEO and SEA.
  • You master the English language in word and writing.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You are proactive, passionate and creative.
  • Experience with Shopify is a big plus.
  • Affinity with board sports (kite, wind, surf, wake, wing) is required.

MEDEWERKER CUSTOMER SERVICE (INVOICING & AFTERSALES)

20-40 hours a week (fulltime/parttime)

Wij zijn op zoek naar een medewerker Customer service (Invoicing & Aftersales). Als medewerker customer service ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de facturatie en verzending van de uitgaande zendingen buiten de EU. Daarnaast ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten met betrekking tot vragen over zijn zendingen.

Werkzaamheden

  • Facturatie buiten EU-zendingen;
  • Opstellen van verzenddocumenten (buiten EU-zendingen);
  • Regelt eventueel in samenspraak met de klant het transport
  • naar de klant;
  • Het regelen van koerierszendingen;
  • Aannemen van de telefoon;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met klanten m.b.t. zendingen
  • en eventuele problemen/knelpunten;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met vervoerder om ervoor te
  • zorgen dat de gemaakte afspraken worden nageleefd;
  • Het oplossen van klachten m.b.t. zendingen;
  • Het signaleren van tekortkomingen in de processen of dienstverlening en hiervoor; verbeteringen aandragen.

Verwachte kennis

  • Kennis van en inzicht in logistieke processen;
  • Kennis en ervaring m.b.t. het opstellen van verzenddocumenten;
  • Kennis over de BTW-wetgeving
  • Ervaring met ERP systemen, kennis van XL-Enz is een pré;
  • Kennis van diverse computerapplicaties, waaronder MS Office;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) is noodzakelijk.

DESIGN TRAINEE MYSTIC APPAREL

Minimum 32 hours a week

As a design trainee within the Mystic apparel team you will be working on the Mens -and womenswear collections, supporting all categories, and working closely with the designer.

Key Responsibilities

  • General support for the Apparel team
  • Work under supervision on sketches, artworks, and colorcards
  • Update tech packs
  • Prepare samples and mood boards for the presentation of collection at key meetings
  • Support fittings, photoshoots in collaboration with merchandising and design department
  • Research for Trim, Labels, and Artworks

Requirements

  • Student HBO or MBO, in your 3rd or 4th year
  • Minimum 4 days per week available for a minimum of 3 months
  • Interest in streetwear and beachwear
  • Commercial awareness and market knowledge
  • Basic material knowledge
  • Good eye for fit and garment construction and attention to details
  • Skills in illustrator/photoshop
  • Team player
  • Enthusiastic and hands-on mentality
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written

As a product development/production trainee you will play a key role in supporting the apparel team in the daily operational needs, working in collaboration with the product manager to help develop a well-balanced, commercial, and high-quality product range.

  • Communicate with our suppliers daily
