SENIOR SUPPLY CHAIN COORDINATOR

Als Senior Supply Chain Coordinator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces van het constateren van behoefte in een van onze vier magazijnen, het plaatsen van de inkooporder tot het afleveren van de zending in het des betreffende magazijn. Hierdoor krijg je te maken met alle facetten van een Supply Chain en is elke dag anders. Dit alles wordt gecoördineerd vanuit ons hoofdkantoor dat is gevestigd in Katwijk.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Monitoren van voorraadstanden zodat eventuele tekorten tijdig worden geconstateerd
  • Plaatsen van inkooporders en het contact onderhouden met onze leveranciers
  • Transportopdrachten uitzetten bij onze vervoerders
  • Contact onderhouden met onze 3PL’s
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor zowel interne- als externe stakeholders
  • Werken aan diverse projecten zodat onze processen nog beter worden

Dit ben jij

  • Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma, bij voorkeur in supply chain of logistiek
  • Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Je beschikt over goede Microsoft Office vaardigheden
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Je bent proactief, nauwkeurig en denkt in oplossingen

FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are looking for a driven and energetic Financial Controller who takes a pragmatic approach. Within the Finance team (8 people), you will be the connecting link between the CFO and the Finance Team. Additionally, you will ensure that reporting deadlines are met. You will play a crucial role in critically evaluating current financial processes and proposing and implementing improvement initiatives based on your findings. All in all, a broad and responsible position with significant impact!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the financial administration, including supervision and control.
  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly closures, reporting, and other periodic statements.
  • Contact person and primary point of contact for our Finance team in Sri Lanka (5 FTE).
  • Training and coaching the Assistant Controller and Finance team in Sri Lanka.
  • Proactively working on optimizing processes and procedures, improving efficiency, and implementing controls.
  • Preparing and facilitating the year-end closing and audit process.
  • Ensuring accurate, timely, and complete processing of financial data.
  • General ledger and margin analyses.
  • Coordinating and controlling accounts payable and accounts receivable administration.
  • Preparing cash flow statements and forecasts.
  • Monitoring and executing outgoing payments.
  • Preparing and monitoring budgets and forecasts.
  • Identifying risks.
  • Solving ad hoc problems.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • A completed HBO degree in Business Economics or Accountancy
  • At least 5 years of work experience in a similar role
  • Strong accounting, analytical, and reporting skills
  • Good knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and commercial insight
  • Solid IT skills, including knowledge and experience with ERP systems and excellent proficiency in Excel
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
  • Problem-solving ability, pragmatic approach, proactive, precise, ambitious, eager to learn, results-oriented, stress-resistant, and a good team player
