DIGITAL CONTENT MANAGER

40 HOURS PER WEEK

We are looking for a well-organised digital content manager that will be responsible for the content and user experience on the websites of Mystic and North. You will work in our e-commerce department and will coordinate with digital designers, copywriters, online marketeers and other digital specialists to optimise the websites in various ways. You are able to use data insights and customer insights as the foundation for identifying and executing content and UX improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You are responsible for managing and optimising the website content on the Mystic and North websites;
  • You are responsible for all content in marketing emails, ensuring a seamless customer experience from email to website;
  • You work on finding the best way to showcase all the product information on the websites: technical product information, sizing information, sustainability information, etc.;
  • You plan your work based on our marketing calendar; a combination of big season launches (2x per year per brand) and various marketing campaigns.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • You have 2-3 years of experience working with websites and webshops;
  • You have experience in managing websites and using content management systems;
  • You have knowledge of SEO;
  • Experience with Shopify is a big plus;
  • Affinity with board sports (kite, wind, surf, wake, wing) is required;
  • You master the English language in word and writing;
  • You are proactive, passionate and creative.

B2B Marketeer

40 HOURS PER WEEK
We are looking for a well-organised B2B marketeer that will be responsible for managing our B2B website and B2B marketing campaigns. Additionally this person will be responsible for managing the product data and how that is distributed to all sales channels. You will be working together with stakeholders in different departments (sales, marketing, product), and will coordinate your work with them to ensure you meet your deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for showcasing our products and marketing content on our B2B website in the best way possible;
  • Identifying ways to optimise the user experience and boost the performance of the B2B website through merchandising and platform improvements;
  • Responsible for B2B email marketing, sending out commercial emails to our B2B retail network to boost sales;
  • Responsible for product data flows, working in our Product Data system (PIM) to ensure this product data is as complete and of high quality as possible;
  • Coordinating the distribution of this product data to the different end-points such as to our B2C and B2B websites;

As an E-commerce / Digital Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced team to gain insight into the world of E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
